As the broadcast ended, Goku turned and smiled as he once again began to walk down the streets of East City. As he continued to search for Ox King's training center, a tall figure appeared infront of him.

 

????? - "Its not safe wondering these streets. Never know what could just jump out at you."

 

Goku - "And who may you be?"

 

????? - "The names Cell, and I have an offer I wish to extend to you."

 

Goku - "I'm all ears..."

 

Cell - "Well, its really simple. Whether you like it or not, you are about to become apart of perfection........."

 

 

                     With those words Cell whipped his tail a Goku. Goku quickly slide backwards dodging the attack. Goku regained his composure and took his fighting stance as he smiled.

 

Goku - "Well, as intreging as that offer is, I'm afraid i'm going to have to decline."

 

Cell - "Ohhh but I'm afraid you have no chioce in the matter."

 

 

                    Cell launched a ki blast at Goku. As the blast was about to hit, Goku quickly dissappeared. The blast hit the ground and exploded, destroying the sidewalk and part of the road. As the fight began the citizens of the city began to scatter and scream. Goku then appeared next to Cell, and landed a hard right fist to the side of Cell's face. As Cell staggered sideways from the blow, Goku continued the assualt with a hard knee to the stomach, and then jumped and landed a a spining round house kick to the chin of Cell. The blow caused Cell to go sliding backwards, on his back. As Cell slide, he rolled backwards and got back to his feet. While he did, Goku went charging at him. As Goku got close, he fired a ki blast at Cell. Cell quickly deflected the blast, and countered with a powerful mouth blast. Being too close, Goku was hit by the blast and both  went hurdling halfway through the city. Goku and the blast then hit a small building. As they hit, the blast exploded, cuasing the building to crumble ontop of Goku. Cell then smiled and slowly walked towards the rubble. Goku then slowly pulled himself out of the rubble, bloody from head to toe. Goku stood to his feet, as Cell continued to slowly walk towards him. Cell stopped as Goku screamed as he began to charge up all his power.

 

Goku - "I wont let you win this fight."

 

Cell - "Like I said Goku, you have no chioce in the matter."

 

 

                      Goku then began to rapidly firing ki blast after ki blast at Cell. Cell stood there and braced for impact, as one after another blasts hit him. As sweat began to form on Goku's face, he continued to fire blast after blast. The entire area began to fill with smoke and debri as the blasts impacted. After continueously firing blast after blast, Goku stopped and fell to one knee breathing heavily. As the smoke started to clear and the debri fell from the sky, a figure stood in the smoke.

 

Goku - "That's ...... im ..... possible."

 

Cell - "Impressive Goku, very impressive. but let me show you how its done properly."

 

 

                      Cell then flew up into the sky above Goku, and stuck out one hand, with his fingers spread. Then all of a sudden, thousands of small ki blasts poured out of Cell's hand. Goku, too worn out, was unable to evade the attack, as the blasts rained down on him, causing explsions all over the entire area. After moments Cell stopped his attack, and as the smoke cleared, there laid Goku, unconcious and bloodied up. Cell then landed a few yards from Goku and smiled. Cell began to walk up to Goku. Cell tailed opened up to swallow up Goku, but as he did, two figures appeared infront of Cell.

 

??? - "Stop right there, you've caused enough choas for one day.

 

Cell - "Your the ones from the broadcast!?!?!"

 

Cid - "I'll give you one last warning, turn away now, or we will be forced to make you leave."

 

Cell - "Always with the numbers, hmph, very well. But this isn't the last you heard of me."

 

 

                     Cell dissappeared from infront of them. Cyan then turned and rushed to Goku's aid. Cid just stood there staring off into the sky.

 

Cid - "This may be harder than I thought."

 

 

 

 

 

Winner- Cell - 5,000 pl boost

 

Loser - Goku - 2,500 pl boost
